Consumers
14-day right to cancel from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, plus statutory rights.
Businesses
Business sales are covered by our terms; returns of correctly supplied items are by agreement.
Warranty on new items
Manufacturer warranty, with the term stated on each product page.
Warranty on refurbished
12-month Creative Compute warranty as standard, return to base.

Faulty items
Report within the warranty term and we arrange collection or advance replacement where stocked.
Exclusions
Physical damage, unauthorised modification and mining or overclocking-related failure are not covered.
