The terms on which Creative Compute Ltd supplies hardware, compute and services.
Contract formation
A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing or dispatch the goods.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is applied at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.
Payment
Card, bank transfer or agreed credit terms. Title passes on cleared funds.
Allocation products
Where hardware is supplied on allocation, dates are indicative until confirmed by the manufacturer.
Buyback and trade-in
Valuations are indicative until the hardware is received and tested.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
